We're pleased to announce the following updates we've made to the MemberNova platform.
System Email Templates - You are now able to edit system email templates for the following areas: Events, Groups, Financial, Donations, Store, and Membership. On the email template page, you will now notice an edit button giving you direct access to customize these email templates. A restore to default option will be available for all edited system templates should you wish to revert to the original system version.
Login Credentials - Should there be a member record that does not contain login credentials, admins will now be able to trigger the Create Login credentials process through one click. In such cases, admins will see a link titled Send Create Login Email, which when clicked will send the member an email with more information on setting up their own login credentials.
Event Attendees List - We have enhanced the Attendees List, which can be enabled to allow members to view who is registered for the event to display the ticket name beside the attendee.
