On October 21st 2026 our SSL provider GoDaddy had to perform a mass revocation event for over 400,000 of their issued SSL certificates. This revocation has impacted the MemberNova platform and we are working to address it as soon as possible.

We’ve deployed updated certificates, and your ability to access the members area should be restored soon if not already.

If you are still seeing a security error message, your browser may not see the updated certificate and to address this we recommend restarting the browser or device, in order to clear any cached connection data from your browser. Once restarted your browser should see the updated certificate and be able to continue using the platform like normal.
