[Resolved] MemberNova Service Disruption – Websites & Members Area Access - Oct 29 2025

Starting around 12:00 PM Eastern Time, our team began observing and receiving reports that portions of the MemberNova platform were unavailable. Upon investigation, we identified an issue with our Content Delivery Network (CDN), which is provided by Azure’s FrontDoor service.

We’ve implemented measures to improve site accessibility while this issue is ongoing. However, some website components may not display correctly until the problem is fully resolved. Affected areas may include features such as the Carousel and story widgets that automatically rotate content.

We are actively working with Azure to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Overnight and into the morning, the Azure team worked diligently to restore full functionality to the Front Door service. In collaboration with them, we reversed the temporary mitigation steps we had taken.

We are pleased to report that all platform functionality has been restored, and we are no longer observing any issues.
