How to create a Group Discussion

Group Discussions allow group members to be able to communicate with fellow group members by creating and replying to posts.

Creating a new post

  1. From the dashboard, click Engagement or the clock icon on the left menu.
  2. Click Community.
  3. Click on the Group you wish to participate it.

    Note: In order to create discussions, you must be a member of the group.
  4. Click on the Discussions tab.
  5. Click New Post.
  6. There are a few fields to fill in:
    • Title - The title of the discussion.
    • Image (optional) - Where will the image display.
    • Message - The content of the discussion post.
    • Tags (optional) - This allows you to categorize your post through tags, which appear on the Discussion List page. Other members can click on these tags to quickly find other relevant posts with the same tags.
  7. Click Save to publish the post.
